Tropical Sensations Granita Bases are manufactured using the highest quality fruits available. They are very choosy and demand firm textures and brilliant colors so that the granita bases produce a full-bodied, frothy beverage rich in flavor and aroma. When frozen, the granita bases produce a 50% volume overrun!
Tropical Sensations Mango Granita Mix. It seems like you have two different methods for preparing the beverage, one for a frozen drink machine and another for a blender. Here are the instructions for each method:
Frozen Drink Machine:
- Mix one bottle (1/2 gallon or 64oz) of Tropical Sensations Mango Granita mix with 2 gallons (256oz) of water.
- Shake the mixture well to ensure proper blending.
- Pour the mixture into the frozen drink machine.
Blender:
- Add 2oz of Tropical Sensations Mango Granita mix to 2oz of water.
- Add 8-12oz of ice, depending on your desired taste and consistency.
- Optional: Substitute 1oz of water with 1oz of liquor if desired.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Serve the Mango Granita in a 12oz glass.
