Ingredients: 1 cup lime juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 cup mint leaves, 2 cups water, 1/4 cup white rum (optional) Instructions: Heat lime juice and sugar, add mint leaves, strain, add water and rum, freeze in a shallow dish, scrape with a fork every 30 minutes for 3-4 hours, serve with mint leaves and lime slices.

Ingredients: Same as classic Mojito Granita, plus 1 cup diced strawberries Instructions: Follow classic recipe, add diced strawberries before freezing, proceed as usual.
